you may have seen the kick start sessions i offer for FREE
but been a little apprehensive or maybe a little sceptical
‘nothings ever free’
‘it will be a hard sell’
‘what can i take away from a free session’
so lets go in to EXACTLY what it involves
what you will get from it
what you WONT get from it?
for starters it is FREE, its not one of those pay and get your money back / cancel you subscription type deals
no money changes hands at all

and we have a chat over the phone first to see what you are looking to get out of training
what your goals are
and to arrange the session
in between ill send over a questionnaire, which is to dig a little deeper into where you are currently at, what your big goals are, what you are currently doing to get you moving towards those targets and why.
you fill in a basic food diary and exercise/ activity log if you want
then you come to the private studio in woodford / south woodford ( easy to get to from Wanstead, Chigwell and surrounding area) and spend around an hour looking at this stuff with the following:
🚶 Activity audit looking at how much you move now & the impact this can have on your goals
🏋️ Exercise audit going through what you do and some exercises that might be better at getting results, which we go through in a workout that is specific to your goals and current state of fitness, strengths weaknesses etc one that you can take away with you and apply at home or in a gym by yourself
🍽️ Nutrition audit which will give you a few takeaways (pardon the pun) to put in to action to get an immediate result
🏃 As well as all this you all get access to one of our group Training Sessions that we hold in the gym to use when you want
of course i then provide you with the options that there is available to train with me….
but no hard sell
no pushy salesman techniques

i have done a fair few of these, it gives me a chance to get in front of people, to showcase what i am about and what i can do
it also gives me practise in coaching people, putting exercises and plans together for differnt people with different skill sets, abiliteies and personalities
