The following is a list of foods and drinks i have consumed recently that you may well have read or been told:
will cause you to gain weight
will turn straight into fat
will slow down your metabolism
are bad for your health
will spike your insulin and therefore ruin your weight loss
are as addictive as crack
percy pigs
chips
wine
carbs just before bed
beer
crisps
french bread
ice cream
cereal (from a box with a cartoon character on it)
nothing for breakfast
port
processed meats
pepsi max ginger / coke zero / diet ginger beer
processed cheese
whipped cream in a can
chocolate
pizza
food with ingredients i cant pronounce
i could go on
have you eaten or drunk any of these?
have i missed any out?
i stay pretty lean
i keep pretty strong
im nice and healthy as far as i know
will these foods HELP you in your goals of getting in better shape?
physiologically probably not
HOWEVER
mentally… having some of the things you enjoy in moderation
or a plan that isnt too restrictive
being able to socialise,
and to enjoy life
will ultimately help you stick to a diet / plan / nutritional
and its THIS
the sticking to it / adherence / commitment
that will provide you with the long term change and the long term keeping the results
so am i saying to go out and eat all this stuff….NO of course not
but if you want to know how to enjoy some of this stuff and still get results

plus add any more ‘BAD FOODS’ that i missed… but you love too much!
